• The frame is entirely welded with a steel plate and processed to relive the pressure from tempering, so that the percision is well preserved.


• Hydraulic top-drive, stepless pressure adjustment and high quality sealing rings imported from abroad to ensure machine tool reliability.


• Mechanical sync mechanisms and complex compensations are designed to improve the precision of workpieces (convex structures for tables above 160T).


• Stroke and backgauge spacing are adjusted to the motor and are well adjusted by hand, adjustments are displayed with a digital meter.


• Inch, single and continuous operation modes designed for the machine and reversing and maintaining the time can be controlled by the time relay.


• Safe fences and electric interlockers have been designed for the engine to ensure the safety of operations (the back 40T and above 200T without a secure fence).
